Returns

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return unless it arrives damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if applicable.
- Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
